About The Role

CBRE is seeking a Space Management Intern. Space Management involves auditing, tracking, and managing a company's physical space. Think floor planning, meeting room design, and seating allocations. Our intern will gain experience in data gathering, analysis and strategizing - instrumental in maintaining and extending the functionality of our data platforms and solutions.

The intern’s role is responsible for partnering with team members on different projects and initiatives that support data efficiency. This is a hybrid position. The Space Management Summer Intern will be required to work onsite at our Global Technology Client's office in Mountain View, CA and/or San Jose, CA.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with stakeholders to improve existing or build new reports, dashboards, following both formal and ad-hoc development practices.

  • Troubleshoot data quality issues and work with stakeholders to coordinate cleansing activities.

  • Support ad-hoc tool/information system reviews and implementations.

  • Document and maintain processes or training material as needed.

  • Support Project Managers/Team members by organizing team meetings and communication, and maintaining and tracking project task/progress.

What You’ll Need

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Familiarity with G-Suite.

  • Exposure to data analytics.

  • Proven interpretation and problem solving skills.

  • Have a very high eye for detail and can work logically and accurately.

  • Good communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work across various business and services lines.

  • Appreciation for technology and desire to learn new systems.
