Aston Carter Account Manager in Mukilteo, Washington

Description:

  1. Develop excellent client relationships through outstanding, proactive customer service.

  2. Provide account leadership to become the clients mechanical preferred provider.

  3. Identify Service Project opportunities and provide leads to Project Managers

  4. Identify upselling & cross selling opportunities.

  5. Lead new Service Agreement Turnover meetings (internal).

  6. Lead new Service Agreement Kickoff meetings (external).

  7. Provide Service Agreement review & renewal.

  8. Provide Service Agreement Addendum estimating, proposal & turnover (internal).

  9. Lead equipment condition report development & presentation with the client with input from the Lead Technician.

  10. Lead operational assessments activities including report presentation.

  11. Lead Customer CARE survey, report & meetings

  12. Lead client entertainment i.e. lunches, dinners, events, golf, etc., as approved.

  13. Ensure compliance with Safety Program on all jobsites.

  14. Regular attendance and promptness are considered part of each employee's essential job functions.

  15. Handles all existing accounts and handling all existing agreements

  16. lifting is required/ once a month lifting 40lbs.

  17. Needs someone that is going to be comfortable with math.

  18. Performance not tracked daily, tracked at the end of the year. Main thing they look for is account retention and renewals.
