close, on non-consecutive nights. Seeking a therapist with experience
treating both outpatient orthopedic and neurological conditions, chronic
pain, and certification in lymphedema therapy is a bonus. Full Time /
Part Time: Full Time Benefits FTE: 1.00 What You Will Do: Evaluates
individuals referred for physical therapy services.Establishes a
physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment.Re-assesses
the ongoing effects of treatment.Collaborates with and provides
consultation to others in care delivery.Supervises physical therapist
assistants and aides. What you will need: Bachelor\'s Degree in Physical
Therapy or higher. Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure.
Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire. At least
1 year of related therapy experience preferred. ProHealth Care, one of
