The Senior Systems Analyst job works to support business intelligence projects and processes to ensure that data is analyzed and reported in a way to inform organization's business and product decision making process. Working independently with general supervision, this job applies business process knowledge and data analytics to translate data requirements into system requirements and to develop, recommend and communicate timely, accurate, relevant and actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Assists with the development and implementation of business intelligence systems to develop data driven insights that support business operations.
Gathers and documents system requirements and identifies potential issues and dependencies to support system implementations.
Collects and blends historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources as input to analyses.
Researches and analyzes industry and geographic trends and competitor market strategies and monitors current and potential customer trends to help organization develop products and services and expand business.
Applies practical knowledge of existing and emerging data science principles, theories and techniques to inform business decisions.
Liaises with other areas of the business, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, to provide business intelligence insights and model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies.

Product Owner Role and Responsibilities
Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
Work with the product management and business stakeholders to understand the roadmap, product strategy and business goals.
Voice of the business for the development teams.
Responsible for maintaining active, well-groomed product backlog that is a few sprints out.
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value (ROI) that are aligned with product strategy and business goals.
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, elaboration of the user stories.
Lead the planning for product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
Creates and maintains product documentation like release notes, user guides, training material etc.,
Train BA/QA/Engg teams on business functionality
Requirement
Having minimum experience as a PO for 4 years.
BTech Background and Data analysis using Excel like tools.
Experience of working in a Product Owner/ Business Analyst role in Asset Management
Good to have experience in Investment Research
Good to have technical skills with one or more of the following: SQL, Excel, Tableau, Powerpoint and prior experience using agile tools like JIRA or Rally or RTC.
