Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.
Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.
Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
Working at NTT
Degree BE/B.Tech/MCA in IT/Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication/Electronics or higher/Diploma in Computer Science with CCNA/CCNP Certification.
Total 7 to 10 years of experience Network Administrator
Hands on experience on Multicast ,ACI or equivalent technologies from below OEM platforms ,ISE ,Nexus switching, ASR ,VMware NSX
Engineer should have expertise in areas like troubleshooting and handling of various Networking devices and technology viz., Networking (LAN/WAN), switches, Routers etc. Configuration and Management of Network devices
Understanding, Configuration and administration of Cisco ACI solution Network devices HA configuration build, monitor & support
Experience in Network Infrastructure solutions review
Experience in performance management and capacity planning for Network requirements
Experience in DR solution design, build and support Escalation Management (Internal, within NSEIL and with OEM) Good communication skills.
