What will you be doing?
This person will train to lead a team of associates and operate and maintain production equipment in a manner that reduces down time and waste
Will be responsible for all aspects of machine operation and changeover activities
What do you bring?
2+ years as a lead in a manufacturing environment
Basic mechanical experience
Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude
Mechanical ability to operate and adjust equipment
1 year of college, technical school or equivalent experience
