How Will You Contribute to the Company?\
We are looking for an RMA Technician with hands on experience
troubleshooting electronics and documenting product issues. You will be
responsible for testing, verifying, and refurbishing incoming RMA units
from the field in a timely manner to help us improve our products. This
position interacts with and supports the production and quality teams
with troubleshooting and root cause analysis. The successful candidate
will enjoy working for an innovative Company with smart, passionate

What Will You Do?
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, and test customer returned product
- Repair and refurbish product to production level quality
- Identify reoccurring issues and share knowledge with others to
assist with defect prevention
- Maintain acceptable levels of RMA inventory
- Create & maintain device test records using a CRM
- Support other departments within Operations as needed
- Participate in continuously improving the RMA department and RMA
process

Qualifications\
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma, general education degree, or
equivalent
- Ability to use common hand tools and testing tools
- Ability to type at least thirty (30) WPM
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- General knowledge of relevant computer application
- Able to properly lift and maneuver boxes/products weighing up to
thirty-five (35) pounds

Bonus Points:
- Education: Associates or Technical School degree
- Strong problem analysis and problem-solving (critical thinking)
- Electronics device troubleshooting.
- Experience with IP Networking
- Ability to clearly articulate troubleshooting process

Your Pay:\
\
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary
offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to,
location, the candidate\'s combination of job-related knowledge,
qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.\
\
\$28,700.00 - \$53,300.00\
\
Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This
variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to
goals and objectives as determined by our Senior Leadership team.
