Nous recherchons:
Technicien de maintenance (H/F/X)
En tant que technicien vous aurez la charge, dans le strict respect des règles et des normes de sécurité, d’Installer, entretenir, régler, modifier et dépanner les différents équipements utilisés dans les zones de production afin d’optimiser les performances desdits équipements.
Vous devrez comprendre les plans et croquis des différentes installations et vous effectuerez la maintenance préventive selon les procédures et fiches d’inspection en vigueur.
Fonction :
En tant qu'expert, vous apporterez une maîtrise technique du processus et des équipements. Cette expertise vous permet de diriger la planification, le développement de processus et la mise en œuvre d'éléments de maintenance planifiée dans un environnement d’amélioration continue.
Vous allez :
Collaborer avec votre responsable de département, afin d'assurer la stabilité des processus de production.
Participer aux réunions quotidiennes des systèmes de gestion.
Être responsable des systèmes et des processus de travail de la maintenance préventive et de l'entretien de l'équipement ainsi que du dépannage
Profil:
•Bachelier en électromécanique ou CESS option mécanique/électromécanique, avec une expérience équivalente.
•Une personne ayant des connaissances en matière de chaudières (chauffage), production de froid industriel (spécialiste en réfrigération), également en HVAC et en groupe de ventilation.
•Une personne à l'aise avec la mécanique industrielle.
•Savoir utiliser des programmes comme GMAO et SAP, des connaissances en bureautique seront les bienvenues.
•Connaissances de base de l’électricité( par exemple: recâbler un moteur).
•Permis plate-forme, permis chariot élévateur et BA4
•Capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
• Réactivité dans un environnement dynamique;
• Autonomie;
• Sens de la communication et goût du travail en équipe
