ALDI National Service Accounts Coordinator I in Naperville, Illinois

In this role, the NSA Coordinator I will be responsible with developing, onboarding and supporting work/projects within multiple areas of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large scale projects and analyzing large amounts of data. Also, have an educational background in project management and/or business management. The objective of this role is to optimize our current account while also developing new accounts to support the operational aspects of the business.

Position Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Naperville, IL

This role is eligible to participate in ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Develops and executes plans for smaller scale projects.

• Assists leader in implementation and rollouts of large-scale projects.

• Coordinates the involvement of multiple business stakeholders.

• Analyzes working procedures with the objective to identify best practices and improve efficiencies.

• Determines and creates the required project deliverables.

• Ensures projects remain on track and follows-up with key stakeholders as necessary.

• Collects action items and takes meeting minutes.

• Communicates and informs their direct leader of issues, status, and results of assigned tasks appropriately.

• Delivers and facilitates timelines and project content.

• Collaborates with business stakeholders through regular sessions to provide updates as well as documents any feedback from the business.

• Recommends process improvements for area of responsibility.

• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader.

• Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management, or a related field required.

• A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Business/Management or a related field required.

• A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Project Management preferred.

• Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Physical Requirements:

• Work may be performed in an office, remote office or a combination of both where a computer and office equipment may be used as needed to perform duties.

• Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.

• Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.

• Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.

Travel:

• Minimal travel required as needed for job related duties such as training, project work and administrative tasks.
