About Our Opportunity

As an Outbound Logistics Analyst at Chervon NA, you will play a critical role in optimizing our outbound logistics operations. You will be responsible for analyzing and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our transportation, distribution, and customer service experience processes. Your insights and recommendations will directly impact our ability to deliver products to customers to the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to outbound logistics operations.

  • Generate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of transportation and distribution processes.

  • Responsible for the daily management of our Sales Orders to DC facilities and provide guidance and expertise to support the completion of additional DC routing.

  • Assist and provide support to help facilitate exceptional service to our DC’s and third-party carriers.

  • Manage the documentation process for standard operating procedures within outbound transportation to support the flow of goods though the supply chain.

  • Define and apply the methodology and standards to be used for various types of systematic corrections across all systems: WMS, EBS, TMS, etc.

  • Represent the department in various logistics meetings.

  • Assists in preparation of forecasting data and reviews.

  • Understand all aspects of customer portal and monitor daily to ensure compliance and troubleshoot any issues.

  • Coordination of all hazardous returns-reverse logistics.

  • Compiles vendor scorecards and coordinates reviews.

  • Monitor SLA performance to ensure quality.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with carriers and vendors.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Ability to communicate using data and presenting actionable solutions.

    Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience required.

  • Proven experience in outbound logistics, transportation management, warehouse management or supply chain analysis.

  • Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and Oracle Modules.

    Supervisory Responsibility

    This position does not have supervisory responsibility.      

    Travel

    This position may require approximately 5-10% domestic travel.
