Description of Key Responsibility:
Serve as the central contact for North Central College for this collaborative grant with New York University ( NYU )
Research and collect literature to inform the project
Coordinate on-campus meetings with NCC stakeholders and participants
Coordinate virtual meetings with industry partners, NYU partners, and NCC community members
Arrange stipends for participants and guest speakers
Work with NYU staff and guest speakers to coordinate and plan travel arrangements for one-week summer colloquium
Reserve rooms, order food, order materials, and provide other necessary support for the summer colloquium
Recruit student participants for the summer colloquium
Coordinate assessment activities
Serve as liaison to Principal Investigator/Co-Principal Investigator and personnel in other offices on campus
Collaborate with the Office of Sponsored Research and Programs to meet compliance requirements
Assist the grant PI with all other project-related responsibilities

Education/Training:
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but candidates who have successfully completed high school and have an excellent record of experience with related tasks will be considered.
Experience:
Experience with library databases is strongly preferred.
