Delaware North Gaming is hiring an Audit Manager to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As an Audit Manager, you will oversee the day to day functions of the casino and non-casino revenue and supporting accounting documentation, reporting revenues, and calculating gaming tax. Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $73400 - $99100 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
Manage audit programs, including the vault, cage activity, table games activity, slot activity, food and beverage transactions, jackpot fills, cash dispensing kiosks, and coupons
Ensure the integrity and reliability of financial information, appropriate transaction authorization, safeguarding of assets, and regulatory compliance
Maintain awareness of internal controls required by state lottery regulations and common casino standards
Assist Accounting Director in developing and updating policies and procedures for the revenue accounting department
Provide recommendations to management on issues pertaining to gaming audit, accounting, and regulations
Oversee team members by providing leadership, mentoring, and administering annual performance reviews
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in audit or accounting, or associate degree with relevant prior accounting experience
5+ years of related work experience with 2 years in a supervisory capacity
Experience in a hotel or casino industry preferred, gaming industry experience highly preferred
Advanced math skills with the ability to analyze information
Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, email, and ability to acquireproficiency in other applications
Ability to work occasional weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
