Job Title: Accounts Receivables SpecialistJob Description
The Accounts Receivables Specialist position is within the Customer Receivables Cash department on the Refunds team. The Refund team processes refunds to customers, dealers, and third parties, and works with the business to ensure all necessary information is received to process the refund. Additionally, the team works with customers, dealers, and third parties to obtain posting instructions for funds received. Workload is distributed among the team within Salesforce as cases are received by the business. Depending on the volume and complexity of requests, each team member processes between 10-15 cases per day. Case complexity can range from simple review and data entry to complex review, reaching out to other groups in the business, and/or contacting customers.
Responsibilities
Process refunds to customers, dealers, and third parties.
Collaborate with the business to ensure all information needed to process refunds is received.
Obtain posting instructions for funds received from customers, dealers, and third parties.
Manage workload within Salesforce, processing between 10-15 cases per day.
Handle cases ranging from simple data entry to complex reviews involving multiple business groups or customer interactions.

Work Environment
The position is based in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule of 2-3 days in the office (1 day currently due to construction).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
