Job Description
A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for a BA to join their team. This will be the first and only BA resource joining the team so this resource will need to be a self-starter and self-motivator to jump into a growing company and contribute to the success of its projects. In the beginning stages, this resource will be leaning more on the technical side in working with the development teams and product teams to gather requirements, do daily standups with the development team on their data mapping project, and when taking on several other projects they'll get started on upon entering this role. Some other projects include, UI focused projects, data schemas, general UI enhancements to the products. This team has a lot of documentation processes that need to be put in place, so this resource will be influencing documentation processes and pieces as they roll out these projects.

Skills and Requirements
3-6 years of business analyst/business analysis experience.
Proven experience as the liaison between the product, technical and business teams.
Ability to translate technical requirements to business teams.
Ability to write uses cases, technical and functional requirements.
Strong documentation experience.
Go-getter personality, strong communication and self-motivated to grow and work within a fast-paced environment.
-Local to Nashville, TN and open to a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office) -Fintech industry experience
-BA experience for a SAAS product/industry
-Data experience null
