The Supply Chain learning team is seeking a Business Process & Knowledge Program Manager to map critical business processes, collaborate with Science and Product teams on automation implementation, and develop scalable strategies.
The position focuses on two key areas: process mapping & automation and establishing robust knowledge management frameworks. This role will ensure the organization maintains its ability to understand, audit, and troubleshoot automated processes while preventing knowledge loss.
Key job responsibilities
Execute the step by step mapping of critical supply chain processes for automation, partnering with Science and Product teams to develop and implement technical solutions.
Design and execute comprehensive automation strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability requirements
Establish and maintain knowledge management framework for automated processes, including documentation standards, training programs, and audit protocols
Create and maintain standardized documentation and training materials to preserve organizational knowledge and enable effective problem-solving
Manage multiple automation mapping projects simultaneously, coordinating resources and timelines across cross-functional teams
Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders across Supply Chain, Technology, and Business teams to drive automation initiatives forward
About the team
The Supply Chain Learning team is a growing Learning & Development organization dedicated to supporting all North American (NA) Supply Chain teams. As a centralized team, we focus on comprehensive onboarding, continuous education, and effective content and knowledge management across the supply chain ecosystem. Our mission is to develop current and future leaders, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles and drive innovation in Amazon's Supply Chain.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
Understanding of process mapping and automation processes
Experience with knowledge management systems and documentation tools
Success in this role requires expertise in process mapping, automation implementation, and strategic knowledge management.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
Good written and verbal communication skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
