Our client is searching for a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join their team just outside of Nashville, TN. In this role, you will play a critical role in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets from various sources.
Develop and implement statistical models and forecasting techniques to identify trends and patterns.
Create compelling data visualizations (charts, dashboards) to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data-driven recommendations.
Support the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to improve business processes and performance.
Stay current with the latest data analysis tools and technologies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Proven experience with SQL queries and data manipulation techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise insights for non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with statistical modeling and analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) a plus.
