Job Description
Responsabilities
Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge related to wind turbine installation, large component exchanges, and crane operations.
Provide on-the-ground technical support to field teams during installation and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to share technical expertise, best practices, and lessons learned.
Conduct training sessions for technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
Contribute to the development and customization of tools required for the installation and maintenance of wind turbine components.
Work closely with the engineering team to enhance and optimize tool performance based on field feedback.
Provide guidance on the safe and efficient operation of uptower cranes during various wind turbine activities.
Perform validation and critical analysis of rigging plans
Evaluate Crane suppliers for major component exchanges
Develop standard operating procedures all Filed Services operations ensuring ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Ensure Field Service activities are in compliance with technical norms applicable.
Conduct investigations and root cause analysis related to Field Services quality matters.
Maintain and update documentation related to regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to standards and requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with Wind Turbines Operations and Maintenance
Minimum of 4 years experience with Wind Turbines Major Component ExchangesKnowledge of local and international crane companies.
Knowledge of lifting, hydraulic, pneumatic tools, and suppliers.
Analytical, logical and problem solving skills;
Good communication and writting skills;
DESIRED SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative area (Engineering)
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft office.
Able to operate independently and as part of a team to meet the demands of a rapidly developing business;
Experience in the Crane industry
Fluency in Spanish.
Fluency in English.
Project Management knowledge.
