Customer Development Manager
This position is reporting into the Senior Customer Development Manager, and will be based in the head office in Paranaque, Philippines.

What will you do
The Customer Development Manager is responsible for supervising the execution team on the assigned account. He/She provides leadership, guidance and customer product expertise to the execution team. He/She should meet or exceed established sales goals through the implementation of sales activities. Among the scope and responsibilities are:
Manages the team on the assigned channel/group of accounts
Ensures sales activities are in compliance with all federal/national, state, local and company regulations, policies and procedures.
Adds value to the team by being providing a high level of Customer understanding, business effectiveness and agile business solutions.
Works with enabling functions and Supply Chain to ensure profitable and sustainable day-to-day operations
Connects effectively with Brand and Shopper Marketing departments to ensure strategies come to life in trade via timely/winning execution
Meets or exceeds established results and leadership KPI’s
Establishes strong partnership and maintains contact with key personnel from the customers
Administers promotions and incentives and provides motivation as needed.
Ensures sales activities are in compliance with all federal/national, state, local and company regulations
Creates daily, weekly, monthly activity and productivity reports. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased productivity and sales on both a group and individual level.
Leads specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.
Works closely with sales manager to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives.
Qualifications
Qualifications
5 years Key Account Management, Sales or Business Development experience is a must with proven sales track record and business development in driving account deals and acquisition
Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree (sales or business management is an advantage)
Preferably with background and experience in FMCG (non-food categories) retail environment and distribution, with strong commercial and analytical skills
Demonstrates leadership experience to maintain a high quality performing team
Strong relationship and stakeholder management with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must have strong communication skills and stakeholder management
Ability to negotiate with customers, Ability to drive process improvements amidst complexity
Leadership potential - should be "Ready Now" for current Customer Development Leadership Team Position
Should be proficient in computer applications
Good driving skills and has a valid driver's license
