10 yrs + Oracle Fusion Customer Experience (CX) Consultant (Field Service, Install Base, Service Contracts)

Strong functional knowledge in CX modules - Field Service, Install Base, Service Contracts

Hands On Experience on 2 or more Oracle CX cloud Implementations.

Sales & Service Cloud/Eloqua/Commerce Cloud/Field Service Cloud.

Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud/CX Architecture, OIC technical capabilities, implementation best practices and change management.

Experience working with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.

Experience in leading design, development, support, and integration of CX Cloud products

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into Oracle FUSION CX functional designs.

Configure Oracle FUSION CX modules according to business requirements, including setup and parameterization.

Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle FUSION CX and Integrated Module functionalities, and propose solutions to address gaps.

Test the Oracle System and related processes.

Provide training to client teams on how to use Oracle custom/standard CX solutions effectively.

Should be capable to work independently to resolve issues against tickets from Users based on SLA.

Make recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, or scalability improvements as needed.

Must be able to work collaboratively and support on-site team.

Must have Good presentation and communication skill.
