for an asset-focused electrical engineer supporting one of the pads
platforms. The selected engineer will lead improvement efforts on two to
three pad assets at NCSF and will report to the engineering team leader
Key Responsibilities: * Carries out all job responsibilities in a safe
manner; develop and deliver equipment and processes that meet safety
requirements, policies, and guidelines; provides for the safety and
well-being of operators, maintenance, and other personnel. * Initiate,
design, develop, and optimize asset changes and supporting processes to
achieve platform objectives. * Develop knowledge and skills to be
recognized as an implementer of engineering principles and/or scientific
analysis in meeting platform objectives; partner with a more senior
engineer to build technical and process expertise. * Maintain security
and documentation to ensure the retrieval of data and protection of
proprietary information. * Seek, recognize, define, and solve
problems/opportunities to achieve platform objectives. * Provide
electrical engineering support to resolve process and equipment
problems. * Communicate fully with superiors, subordinates and others
who have need to know; be informative without being obtrusive or
vexatious; communicate in a way that is timely, yet prompt; complete,
yet concise; candid, yet accurate; and clear, yet responsive. * Assist
in the development of others in the area of his/her expertise, while
demonstrating an understanding of those with a diverse background or

time ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: To succeed in this
role, you will need the following qualifications: Education, Experience,
Qualifications: Qualifications: * Requires a bachelor\'s or advanced
degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or
university or a 2-year Electrical Tech degree with 5-10 years of
practical experience. * A demonstrated ability to perform in
cross-functional teams to achieve obj ctives within required timeframes.
Preferred Qualifications: * Demonstrated ability of writing and
presenting updates to mill leadership. * 2+ years of experience in a
variety of mill manufacturing and staff support or capital project
assignments, including maintenance and asset support; experience working
in or with KC personal care production facilities is a plus. *
Experience working with external technical service providers. *
Familiarity with high-speed manufacturing equipment machine start-ups.
