our programs more accessible to all. OVERVIEW: Under the supervision of
the Regional Director of Sexual and Reproductive Health Services, the
Practice Manager is responsible for ensuring the provision of client
centered, trauma-informed, low-barrier services, particularly for people
disproportionately impacted by poor health outcomes, including those
with low incomes, unhoused individuals, people with substance use
disorders or mental health concerns, victims and survivors of domestic
violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking; immigrants, LGBTQIA+
individuals, and youth by: ? Managing the daily operations of the
clinic, providing direct care and support for clinical operations and
ensuring compliance with practice policies and procedures ? Hiring,
supervision, training, and evaluation of personnel ? Implementing new
policies, procedures, and initiatives ? Managing laboratory compliance
including laboratory controls, proficiency, testing, and equipment
calibration and verification requirements ? Ensuring operational and
fiscal requirements ? Providing direct care and support for clinical
operations ? Overseeing, prioritizing, and delegating staff workload ?
Overseeing inventory of medications and supplies ? Running daily
financial/visit reports ? Completing required monthly reports ? Creating
systems that ensure quality and access to inclusive services, and
overseeing continuous quality improvement activities ? Other duties as
assigned by the Regional Director of Sexual and Reproductive Health
Services ? REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor?s degree in health-related
field and/or at least 3 years managing a clinical, ? behavioral, or

Reliable transportatio PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual; medical
assistant experience; experience working with eCW electronic medical
record system.
