This is a position with grade 12This position reports to OEM Account
Management LeaderYour role and responsibilities In this role, you will
be responsible for fostering strong, lasting, and profitable
relationships with assigned Direct or indirect OEMs maximizing ABB Share
of Wallet (SoW). This involves such aspects as developing, implementing,
and managing the account strategy, focused on the share of wallet
growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. Coordinate sales
activities, monitor current projects, and manage the resolution of
specific customer problems. You will be responsible for defining and
executing an account business development plan, proposal development and
sales forecasting to support your forecast, supporting S&OP process. The
work model for the role is: #LI-Remote This role is contributing to the
Motion Drive Products Division in New Berlin, WI area. You will be
mainly accountable for: *Develop and execute a sales strategy to
achieve profitable growth goals for assigned accounts by: Understands
the key business drivers, including significant and emerging business
risks, and business environment and interprets the impact and
opportunity for ABB. Develop and execute account plan. Develop sales
strategies for the account by providing the customer\'s current business
and long-term plans. Leads the development and implementation of the
account plan and SoW growth actions. Maintain a deep understanding of
the account\'s decision-makers, processes, applications, product
development plans, and the competitive market landscape. *Drive sales
activates and account plans through SFDC. *Meet or exceed assigned
sales budget in the assigned OEM. *Contract negotiations with assigned
OEM ensuring favorable terms and conditions while protecting the
