The Employee Health & Well-Being (EHW) team at Johnson & Johnson is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Employee Health & Well-Being Analyst. This role focuses on key administrative responsibilities to support the EHW program, emphasizing effective management of procurement and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement and Financial Administration (75%):
Leadership & Administration: Assume ownership and lead the procurement and financial administrative processes, ensuring the timely completion of purchase orders (POs), invoice processing, monthly and quarterly accruals, and detailed budget tracking in collaboration with procurement and finance contacts.
Process Development: Design and implement standardized processes for the daily, monthly, and quarterly tracking of POs, invoices, and accruals, including the development of a comprehensive planning calendar that highlights key dates and promotes operational efficiency.
Communication: Create, disseminate, and enhance communication strategies encompassing process overviews, calendar reminders, and follow-up initiatives to keep EHW program owners informed of critical deadlines and deliverables.
Collaboration: Cultivate a collaborative environment by working closely with colleagues across EHW with similar responsibilities to establish a center of excellence dedicated to optimizing administrative procurement and financial processes.
Issue Resolution: Proactively engage with internal stakeholders, including Procurement and Finance, as well as third-party service providers, to resolve invoice discrepancies and other related matters.
Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze supplier operations, identifying trends and deriving actionable insights that streamline procurement processes and improve overall efficiency.
Metrics: Support program owners in the tracking and reporting of third-party key performance indicators (KPIs) and service quality metrics in the EHW dashboard.
Vendor Management: Execute essential administrative responsibilities related to the onboarding, off-boarding, and oversight / sponsorship of vendor partner employees in collaboration with program managers.
- Program Strategy Coordination (25%):
Thought Leadership: Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to program owners responsible for external third-party contracts in efforts to optimize procurement practices.
RFP Coordination: Provide direct operational support in planning and executing requests for proposals (RFPs) for both new and renewing contracts, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
Event Planning Support: Assist program owners in the logistics and agenda preparation for on-site and large-scale quarterly business review meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience is required.
A proven record in procurement and financial administration preferred.
Familiarity with the administrative functions of eMarketplace and aCrew is advantageous but not essential.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize various tasks simultaneously.
Proactive and self-motivated, with demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities with tight deliverable deadlines.
Self-starter and works well in a team environment.
Proven track record to build and support strong, positive relationships with internal and external business partners.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$63,000 to $102,000
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
This job posting is anticipated to close on March 17, 2025. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
