CVS Health Network Strategy - Project Manager (Commercial) in New Jersey

Job Description

CVS now a Fortune 4 company!This is an exciting opportunity with a newly created position where the right candidate will have an opportunity to be involved in helping to set key strategic direction within Network for commercial lines of business. The candidate will work closely with the Network Strategy lead in both managing and driving key strategic network initiatives. The candidate will also help with facilitating ongoing workgroups across other key segments, including local markets, Clinical, Product and Digital and ensuring alignment with all strategic initiatives. The role will also include evaluation and briefings with potential new partnerships, acquisition opportunities and cross functional cost savings. The role will also have interactions with various network leaders and helping to establish a consistent approach and messaging across the enterprise.

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of managing projects within the commercial medical insurance industry Understanding of network and network operations and how they interconnect with other areas of the organization.The role will require strong organization, project management and communication skills. Ability to see a project plan from beginning to end

Preferred Qualifications

The right candidate will have network operations experience as well as experience in working cross-functionally with teams, managing and implementing new initiatives. Six Sigma and Lean Experience preferred

Education

Bachelor or equivalent work experience required / Masters preferred
