Position Overview:

Eurasia Group is seeking an impeccably organized Executive Assistant in the Office of the President to provide office and administrative support for the principal. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing executive scheduling and travel logistics within a team setting while exercising professionalism and discretion. This role is based in Eurasia Group’s New York office.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the President’s Chief of Staff and Director of Programming to support all aspects of principal’s daily work routine

  • Maintain the calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.

  • Serve as a liaison between the Office of the President and teams across Eurasia Group to coordinate the work of different groups and provide administrative support for meetings as needed

  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit corporate expense reports

  • Handle printing, mail packages, and run office errands as needed

  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and visa procurement as needed.

  • Oversee professional correspondence for principal, screening and responding quickly to business-related mail, phone calls and emails and sorting any personal mail for household manager.

  • Strong proficiency in data entry and information management across various platforms with attention to detail, consistency in recording and updating information are essential skills.

  • Other additional and /or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or company executives as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize projects as needed and exercise considerable judgment and discretion in completing assignments.

  • Highly effective communication skills to efficiently work situations toward decisions. Clear written communication and proof of work are key to this role given pace of principal travel.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to work effectively in an office setting. Ability to maintain workflow processes while adapting to new, time sensitive issues is critical for this position.

  • Familiarity with Concur preferred

  • Ability to lift and transport light loads and deliveries

  • Flexibility to be on call and sometimes work outside standard workday hours when principal is traveling

  • All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States. Proximity to mid and lower Manhattan is a plus!

The applicable base salary range for this role is 65,000-75,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
