Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Account Manager based in New York. In this role, you will be working in a dynamic environment, overseeing the workflow of a dedicated team and managing the quality of output. This position involves coordinating with senior management, assisting with projects, and implementing new processes and workflows to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the workflow and duties of a team of individuals, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with senior account management to align operational strategies and goals.
• Manage the quality of output for the team, ensuring all work meets the highest standards.
• Assign work based on the needs of the team and the project at hand.
• Collaborate with clients to create and implement new processes and workflows, improving efficiency and productivity.
• Assist the Account Manager with various projects and requests, providing support as needed.
• Take on complex legal print and records jobs, demonstrating a high level of expertise and knowledge.
• Step in as the senior account manager when necessary, ensuring continuity of service and leadership.
• Manage workflow, perform audits, and offer support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Oversee all administrative duties associated with the role, including time card management and policy enforcement.
• Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of growth and learning within the team. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service is required.
• Strong Communication skills are essential.
• Experience in Reporting and Operations is necessary.
• Knowledge of Planning and Policy is needed.
• Familiarity with Compliance regulations is mandatory.
• Understanding of Planning Processes and Budget Processes is key.
• Ability to ensure Quality and handle Scheduling tasks is crucial.
• Experience in Auditing is required.
• Must possess strong Leadership Skills.
• Familiarity with Hiring Processes is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Billing and Implementation processes is necessary.
• Proficiency in Metric Reporting and adherence to Best Practices is expected.
• Ability to work well in a TeamWork environment is essential.
• Experience in KPI Reporting is a plus.
• Familiarity with Printing processes is advantageous.
• Ability to Resolve Issues effectively is required.
• Understanding of Internal Control mechanisms is necessary.
• Oversight skills are crucial.
• Ability to manage Timelines effectively is mandatory.
