Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive Salesforce Administrator to provide support and maintain Orion's Salesforce platform. Our Salesforce user experience is of significant importance to us; the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including action support tickets, providing training, and supporting the design of new enhancements.We are looking for someone with an in-depth understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives to support the overall user base. The Salesforce Administrator will report directly to the Manager, Business Analytics, within the Transformation department.

Responsibilities
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile settings, dashboards, and reports
  • Data management duties to improve Salesforce data quality, including cleansing & consolidation, and implementing rules and automation as needed
  • User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, access & sharing rules
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, Optimizer,and sandbox environment management
  • Accountable for all general user support requests
  • Communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing user trainingto improve adoption and utilization of existing or new features
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features, flagging to the Transformation team
  • Updating of relevant technical documentation and support materials
  • Configure integrated applications includingAdobe Sign, XL-Connector and Snowflake data pipelines

Skills & Experience
  • 2 or more years Salesforce Administrator experience
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge, proven hands-on experience withSales cloud & Adobe Sign integration
  • Strong knowledge of the media landscape - including various media types such as Digital Managed Services, Programmatic, Traditional Media, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data management and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment

The salary range for this position is posted below. Salary Range
$85,000-$95,000 USD
