We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Business Intelligence Dashboard & Report Developer to join our team and help us harness the power of data to drive impactful decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into impactful visualizations
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense), ensuring seamless access and user experience
  • Craft visually compelling and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop or Tableau, incorporating a wide range of visualization types, including charts, maps, tables, and custom visuals
  • Deploy the solution to production environments following established procedures
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues
  • Optimize your Power BI solutions for speed and efficiency, using techniques like data compression, query optimization, and efficient data loading strategies
  • Design and implement robust data models and visualizations that are user-friendly, insightful, and visually appealing
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of data pipelines and data warehouses
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all dashboards and reports
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data models, data pipelines, and ETL processes
  • Implement best practices for data governance and security, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies
  • Continuously learn and adapt to the latest features and functionalities of Power BI, exploring innovative ways to leverage its power for data exploration and analysis

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Data Visualization, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and developing visualizations in Power BI, Tableau or similar BI reporting tool, with a minimum of 3 years specific to Power BI
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying Power BI dashboards and reports, demonstrating a deep understanding of Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX
  • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques, with experience in data modeling and designing efficient data structures. 3+ years working with SQL with ability to utilize SQL to perform exploratory data analysis
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices, with a knack for creating engaging and impactful narratives through data
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify patterns and trends in data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner
  • Familiarity with software development concepts and agile methodologies
  • Experience with Snowflake, AWS, Azure or other cloud-based data solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with 3rd party data providers, DSPs, SSPs is a plus
  • Programmatic, Digital or Media Operations experience desired (we welcome candidates from across agency, client and supply side)
  • Knowledge of marketing or advertising industry data and best practices

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.

Salary Range
$90,000-$110,000 USD
