Required Qualifications
- MS or BS in Civil Engineering or closely related engineering field.
- A minimum of 5 years of design experience in all aspects of Roadway Design including Geometry, Utility, Drainage, Grading and Maintenance and Protection of Traffic design.
- NY or NJ PE license is Preferred.
- A working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, and/or Inroads and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with local clients including PANYNJ, NYSDOT, NYSTA, NYCDOT, NYCDDC, NJDOT, NYC Parks or NJTA.
- Strong technical skills in highway and/or site/civil design and the ability to mentor staff and review work to ensure high quality standards.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare memorandums, letters and reports.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

The expected compensation range for this position is $87,850 - $125,500 annually/hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
