Analyzes qualitative and quantitative research data, business goals, and requirements and utilizes that analysis to form the basis of recommendations and solution designs. Works with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement marketing and brand solutions. Present recommendations to senior and executive leadership. Keeps abreast of the latest trends and "best practices" in Marketing and Brand. Evaluates external landscape and identifies and selects partners for inorganic growth opportunities. Performs cost benefit analysis and develops business case for new strategic transformation initiatives. Drives discovery, design, and implementation of customer acquisition and retention initiatives within the Marketing team. Defines change management strategies for transformation initiatives to minimize disruption and drive the adoption of new solutions. Supports key performance indicator (KPI) reporting, business reviews, and program analysis for executive meetings. Supports the prioritization of initiatives based on business and enterprise needs. Develops multi-year transformation roadmaps for Marketing and Brand. Reviews Marketing’s transformation initiatives and assesses budget and resource allocations. Supports agenda and material development for meetings with senior executives and the Board.Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy in the financial services or insurance industry.Or, alternatively:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy in the financial services or insurance industry.Required Skills:Experience must include 2 years in each of the following skills:(1) Developing detailed go-to-market strategies by identifying segments, understanding competition, determining pricing and positioning, and defining sales approaches for new product market launches;(2) Performing financial modelling and business case development to evaluate projects requiring capital investment in Excel leveraging three (3)-statement and discounted cash flow models; (3) Developing survey designs and discussion guides, and finalizing results and materials for primary research to comprehend target market behaviors and attitudes;(4) Leading complex data analysis and visualization to draw insights from client datasets and diagnose root cause of observable issues leveraging Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and MS Access; and,(5) Conducting strategic due diligence for merger and acquisition or strategic partnerships to evaluate target company growth potential and suitability.Submit resume to NYLJobs05@newyorklife.com
