Job Overview:

The B&H Creators team is looking for a social media producer who will be responsible for assisting in planning, developing, implementing, creating content, and managing strategies for the social media accounts of the team. This position will be responsible for creating content across multiple platforms to boost brand awareness and grow our community reach. They will contribute content ideas and manage innovative campaigns to increase our market presence.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Planning and developing social media campaigns.

  • Crafting compelling content by shooting, editing and more.

  • Posting content across social media accounts.

  • Engaging with creators on different channels.

  • Analyzing metrics and insights.

  • Being on top of the latest social media trends.

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with influencers and content creators.

  • Collaborating with internal teams and creators to develop effective campaigns.

    Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of cameras and related photography and video gear that B&H sells is a big plus.

  • Minimum 3 or more years of experience in film and video shooting/editing.

  • Ability to communicate and present information effectively and concisely, both internally within a team environment, and externally with our partners.

  • Creativity and passion to create new series and content ideas.

  • Social media marketing knowledge, content writing and/or event coverage/capture experience.

    Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:

  • 3+ years experience in social media including but not limited to running accounts and working on major campaigns.

  • Experience with tools including Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and more.

  • Driver's license

  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the year to events around the country.
