Our client in the dental industry is seeking a Dental Assistant (Oral Surgery) to join their team. As a Dental Assistant (Oral Surgery), you will be part of the Oral Surgery Department supporting dental residents and students. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of four-handed chairside dental techniques and dental lab equipment, and 1-2 years of related experience including oral surgery experience with IV sedation/general anesthesia which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Provide oral surgical assistance to dental residents and students
Assist in the administration of IV sedation and patient monitoring during surgical procedures
Perform tests; assist with preparing dental castings, dispensing medications and instructions, and performing minor dental and surgical procedures; ensure safe use, disposal, and storage of chemicals or hazardous materials
What's Needed?
2+ years of related experience
Graduate of a Dental Assistant Training Program
Knowledge of four-handed chairside dental techniques and dental lab equipment
1-2 years of related experience including oral surgery experience with IV sedation/general anesthesia
Excellent interpersonal skills
