Cognizant is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist in New York City, NY. This is an onsite role.
The salary range for this role is between $60,000 to $68,000 depending on experience and qualifications of the candidate. All applicants must have valid work authorization.

Responsibilities:
Provide Desktop Support to ensure the smooth operation of desktop systems.
Provide hands and feet support for network/server team.
Manage the Tech lounge.
Provide Conference Room support.
Provide End User Problem resolution.
Perform Asset Management.
Qualifications:
5 years of Mac/Laptop support experience.
4 years of Desktop Support/ Tech bar experience.
Extensive experience with Active Directory/JAMF/Azure/Intune.
