Capgemini is hiring an experienced EAM Utility SME Domain Lead with Utilities industry experience. The EAM Utility SME Domain Lead will collaborate with our Energy Utilities & Chemicals (EUC) Business Unit teams to help lead a large-scale IBM Maximo implementation for one of our top Utility clients.
Veteran utility EAM business architect and project domain lead with the following experiences:
Multiple utility T&D (electric or gas) EAM (work and asset management) project experiences as utility business lead
Knowledge of core utility T&D processes and broader EAM Core Capabilities: Work Mgmt, Plan/Scheduling, Mobile, Resource Mgmt, Asset Management, E/P/C Capital Projects, Compatible Units, Customer & Outage Management
Domain leadership EAM assessments, business case development/cost-benefit analysis, overall solution and functional design
Significant cycles in project leadership team level for systems integrations of EAM packages including but not limited to Maximo and SAP
Proven leadership in go-to-market, selling, supporting utility EAM systems integration projects
Experience leading EAM related intellectual capital (process models, configurations, accelerators, data models, etc.)
Job role will be to:
Lead EAM pursuits
Lead EAM projects
Supervise functional EAM components and engage at leadership level around business architecture/capabilities, process design/requirements, integrations, business acceptance
Key lead team member owning EAM utility practice growth
