Our client, a financial services firm located in Midtown Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant. This position will support two MDs and one Principal while the company sources for a permanent hire. Day to day this person will be scheduling meetings, handling heavy calendar management, booking travel, and providing additional support where needed. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably out of a Private Equity firm. Hours are 8:30am - 5pm. This role requires someone to be on-site 5 days/week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to the Healthcare team
- Heavy calendar management for busy executives
- Book domestic and international travel through their dedicated agent
- Make dinner reservations upon request of the executives
Qualifications: - 5+ years Executive Assistant experience in a Private Equity firm
- Bachelor's degree required
- High attention to detail
