Job Summary
As an Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary functions for a fine dining account. This role requires Michelin-level experience to ensure top-tier quality. You will lead a team of associates, ensuring all safety and sanitation standards are met. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Managing cost controls and account expenditures
Planning and creating all menus
Purchasing and managing inventory
Implementing new culinary programs in collaboration with the marketing and culinary teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Culinary degree preferred
Three to five years of culinary management experience
Essential high-volume production and catering experience
Proven track record in managing cost controls
A strong desire to learn and grow within a premier foodservice company
