Description
Our client, a global food marketplace committed to sustainability and tradition, offering high-quality food, dining, and educational experiences, is seeking to add a Senior FP& A Analyst to their team.
The role involves supporting the company’s leadership and departments by providing in-depth analysis related to costs, labor, margins, stock, and sales performance. It includes working closely with both store and corporate managers to create customized reports that cater to their specific data and reporting needs. The position also requires collaboration with senior leaders to develop creative and resourceful strategies aimed at improving efficiencies and profit margins, ultimately enhancing Return on Investment (ROI) across all operational areas. Additionally, the role involves educating and training team members on processes and procedures, ensuring smooth adoption and compliance, while also supporting ongoing training initiatives.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or Mathematics
• At least 2+ years of experience in the FP& A field
