Description We are in search of an exceptional HR Specialist to become a part of our team, operating within the financial services industry in New York. The chosen candidate will undertake a pivotal role that involves the management of human resources functions, the use of ADP Workforce Now, and the performance of auditing tasks. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage and resolve all inquiries related to human resources.
• Ensure comprehensive auditing to maintain high standards of operation.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for streamlined HR operations.
• Implement the use of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode in daily tasks.
• Maintain and update the Ceridian system as required.
• Employ CRM and About Time skills for effective time and relationship management.
• Manage benefit functions and ensure they are in line with company policies.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in all forms of internal and external interaction.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance rules and regulations within the HR department. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
• Proficient in ADP - Financial Services, showcasing a strong understanding of payroll and financial services.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, demonstrating ability to manage and optimize workforce productivity.
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, displaying a strong technical acumen.
• Familiar with Ceridian HR management software, ensuring smooth HR operations.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, highlighting strong customer relationship management skills.
• Experience with About Time software, showcasing adeptness at time tracking and management.
• Demonstrable skills in Auditing, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Strong Benefit Functions skills, showcasing ability to manage employee benefits effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, enabling clear and concise interaction with all levels of the organization.
