Job Description
We are seeking an Intermediate Architect/Job Captain to join our team. This role involves working directly under the Architectural Principal and Project Architect, supporting the delivery of projects through all phases. You will be involved in design, documentation, and coordination tasks, primarily focusing on data centers, generator buildings, and other highly complex infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
Contribute to conceptual design and client presentations.
Develop design development, drafting, detailing, and construction documents.
Coordinate closely with clients and in-house engineers.
Lead and mentor junior staff.
Partner with the Architectural Principal.
Process shop drawings and assist engineers with architectural tasks of engineering projects.
Essential Skills
Expert proficiency in Revit for 3-dimensional drafting.
Experience in complex building and new construction projects.
Ability to present to clients effectively.
5+ years of professional experience.
Engineering coordination experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Core and Shell experience is preferred.
R.A. license is not required.
Willingness to travel for out-of-state projects is highly preferred.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $44.00/hr.
