Role Accountabilities: Lead aspects of and assist in other aspects of the pursuit and acquisition of investment opportunities. Manage the preparation of financial analyses and market research, prepare investment memoranda, assist in the due diligence process, modeling and underwriting of acquisitions projects, and evaluate potential investment and financing proposals. Thorough knowledge of the financial structuring, negotiating transaction documents, and due diligence process for acquisitions and asset management is required. Negotiate principal transaction documents with partners, financial institutions, and clients, including teaming agreements, design-build agreements, debt term sheets, financing documentation, and concession agreements. Develop and present investment committee presentations for the funds potential investments. Led the portfolio management of the funds investments: reviewed and analyzed the funds investment monthly reports, communicated with funds, and assessed key developments. Prepare portfolio company reports as well as fund-level monthly and quarterly reports. Monitor the progress of the business plan at the firms investments and support the valuation process for all of the funds investments.

Requires a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or foreign equivalent degree, 3 years of experience in the infrastructure sector within a Private Equity domain, with a focus on the U.S. Public-Private-Partnerships (P3) market. 3 years of experience in project finance, management consulting, or mergers and acquisitions. 3 years of experience applying strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis modeling and reporting using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and other relevant software. 2 years of experience in complex US infrastructure project finance modeling within a private equity setting. Availability to travel domestically within the US, with limited notice. Telecommuting is allowed once per week.

Annual salary between $150,500 and $162,200
