Primary Purpose: The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for providing strategic and executional support to the Senior Marketing Manager to actively drive 360 marketing strategies and manage Coach's seasonal product strategies across Retail and Outlet channels. This individual will drive the strategic development of global campaigns, evaluate business unit activation plans, and optimize the execution of all marketing efforts globally for all-gender seasonal initiatives. The role will act as a key partner for global cross functional teams, including but not limited to Global Creative, Global Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Visual Experience, Global Events, Influencer, PR, Celebrity, CRM & .COM, as well as regional business units on communication and execution of key initiatives. The Global Marketing Manager will develop our key seasonal product strategies and storytelling moments across both Retail and Outlet. In partnership with Global Merchandising, they will be responsible for identifying key product messages, ensuring global alignment across the various business units, and supporting the development of the global content strategy and cadence of messages with the Senior Manager. This individual will leverage first and third-party data in collaboration with the Consumer Insights teams to drive key decision making and closely track KPIs and benchmarks in-season to maximize campaign performance. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to: Create global marketing strategies that will help drive brand image, translating brand strategies into insightful creative briefs and content strategies. Designated point person for the creation of the 360 go-to-market plan, collating all cross-functional input and expertise for seasonal campaigns. Partner closely with GM partners across all product categories for Retail & Outlet to understand key seasonal messages, product priorities, and BU preferences Create focused concept briefs for creative & production with the guidance of Senior Manager Oversee the global content development process for seasonal campaigns to ensure focused and consistent tiered messaging & product priorities across all consumer touchpoints Support the Associate Manager with the creation of global shot lists, asset briefs, and campaign performance recaps With the support of the Senior Manager, create and own the 360 go-to-market launch strategy while providing strategic guidance and support to BU marketing leads for local activations Facilitate discussions to drive decision making and move projects toward completion Analyze marketing initiative performance against set objectives and KPIs to create global recaps and hindsight's Build strong relationships with key cross functional partners (Creative Studio, PR/Events/Celeb teams, Social, and regional Marketing) to execute cohesive marketing communication needed to achieve business goals The accomplished individual will possess...
