The Opportunity
WSP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business or IT Professional with Oracle ERP implementation experience to join our Procure to Pay Oracle ERP team. This role can be based out of any WSP USA office.
As the Oracle Procurement Subject Matter Expert for the Oracle Procurement ERP Program, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation, optimization, and support of our Oracle Procurement solutions. You will support the procurement functions of Supplier Registration and Qualification, Procurement Self-Serve, and Procure-To-Pay processes. You will provide support and enhancements for countries that have already migrated to the Oracle platform and participate in deployment activities for additional WSP countries as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Provide global support for users on Procurement/Procure-To-Pay systems and processes.
Assist the team in migrating the system to the new Oracle Redwood Responsive interfaces.
Support the implementation of quarterly Oracle patches.
Develop creative solutions to resolve Oracle and user defects and incidents, enhancing the functionality of the Oracle platform and instructing users.
Collaborate with system users to translate business requirements into functional specifications, create required documentation, conduct system configurations, and instruct users.
Identify, write, and manage business requirements and functional specifications.
Contribute to the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stages of implementations, including scenario design and flow mapping.
Support configurations, customizations, reports and interfaces, and user training.
Participate in System Integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including the development and execution of test scripts.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounting, or a related field. Or equivalent years of relevant professional experience.
5 - 7 years of relevant related professional experience in a similar role.
A minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement is essential. Strong experience with an equivalent ERP system may be considered.
Prior experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Materials Management or related field is highly desirable.
Experience with Oracle modules such as Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Suppliers, Supplier Qualification Management, and Accounts Payables is highly desired.
Results-oriented with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
Excellent computer and analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at various levels.

Compensation
Expected Salary (all locations): $83,200 - $145,530
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
