WSP is seeking a OCM Lead, Project Management and Sales. This position can be based out of any WSP Regional office location. You will be assigned to our Global Project team dedicated to launching and maintaining a new ERP system to support our HCM, Finance, Procurement, Sales and Project Management processes. You will report in through our Centre of Excellence, and will be given opportunities to apply your experience to a global, large, complex project that is transforming the way we work at WSP. A day in the life:

The successful candidate will join the Global Organizational Change Management team as an expert in the areas of Project Management and Sales for the Horizon Program. Reporting into the Global OCM Leader, Project Management and Sales, the successful candidate will:

  • Understand the Project Management and Sales Oracle products implemented by WSP Globally.

  • Develop process maps for documentation of changes to the Project Management and Sales process areas in partnership with our Horizon Project SMEs and Process Leads

  • Develop and maintain training artefacts for Sales and Project Management functionality

  • Support the Global OCM Lead in managing Change Management activities for Global & Regional changes to the template (ex Oracle quarterly updates, enhancements, etc)

  • Use document control procedures as put forth by the Horizon Project

  • Support meetings for the global Sales and Project Management communities; manage agendas and minutes;

  • Communicate with global internal employees, sub-consultants and team members in a professional manner;

  • Create presentations and communications;

  • Other duties as assigned/required.

What you'll bring to WSP ...

  • Prosci or equivalent change management certification is preferred

  • Minimum 1- 3 years of relevant change management experience is preferred ;

  • 7+ years of business analysis, process mapping, project management experience

  • Attention to detail and a passion for leading change

  • Ability to think creatively, work independently and deliver high quality work with minimal supervision and aggressive timelines;

  • Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change;

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities;

  • Integrity, professionalism, and excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) are required to handle both internal and external communications with tact and diplomacy;

  • Comfortable working within multidisciplinary teams with the ability to foster a spirit of collaboration;

  • Strong people management and negotiating skills within a team environment;

  • IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams and VivaEngage.

Compensation:

Expected Salary (all locations): $95,000 - $169,290

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $95,000 - $159,000

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position within the state of Colorado, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
