DIRECTV is seeking a Principal, Analytics Manager recognized as an expert within the organization with in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in their own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function. This role will have a strong focus on digital measurement and digital data strategy. The Analytics Manager will anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues, recommending process, product, or service improvements. In this role, you will solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business contributing to the development of functional strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision making and optimize our digital advertising efforts.
Here's what you’ll do:
Lead project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
Use statistical and analytical tools to analyze digital performance metrics.
Identify trends in digital data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving digital strategies.
Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards that provide stakeholders with clear insights into digital performance metrics.
Here's what you’ll need:
Advanced college degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, and/or Computer Science, or in related fields and/or related expertise, preferred.
Typically requires 7+ years related experience in advanced analytics, big data, relational database structures, research methods, sampling techniques, and system testing.
Experience in Ad tech, Ad identity, cross platform measurement and knowledge of clean rooms.
Proven experience in data analysis, digital measurement, or related field.
Skilled in other forms of data analysis and visualization software and/or data engineering skills (relational or NoSQL databases, ETL tools).
Possess strong understanding of internal business segment and stakeholders.
Powerful Communicator – articulate with an ability to communicate in a direct and clear manner; history of communication with C-level executives using oral, written, and presentation formats is preferred.
This role requires 2 days/week in the New York City office.

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position and work location(s) listed in the job posting US Labor Market Zone(s). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
DIRECTV WAGE ZONE
N4: $140,875 - $211,255
Please note that the salary ranges reflect base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits - when you consider all of these together, it represents a pretty impressive total compensation package.
