Amazon Program Enablement Lead, Programmatic Solutions Consultants Team in New York, New York

Description

As the Program Enablement Lead, you will spearhead strategic initiatives to transform the Sales and Services workflows of our Ad Tech business through the identification, development, and implementation of streamlined processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams across the globe, you will drive operational efficiency and enable our teams to focus on high-value activities.

Key job responsibilities

  • Assess existing Sales and Services processes and workflows to uncover opportunities for improvement through automation, optimization, and innovation

  • Collaborate with Sales, Services, Engineering, and Program Management teams to develop and execute project initiatives that streamline manual efforts

  • Lead change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new workflows, including developing and deploying comprehensive training and enablement programs

  • Own the training curriculum and upskilling mechanisms to equip our Sales and Services teams with the skills and tools needed to maximize productivity

  • Establish robust quality control mechanisms to maintain process excellence as automation is implemented

  • Leverage data analytics to identify additional areas for automation and continuous process improvement

  • Create executive-level documentation and evaluation of automation initiatives to showcase impact and ROI

A day in the life

As a Senior AdTech Services and Solutions Excellence Lead, you will be the driving force behind transforming our Sales and Services operations through workflow improvements and upskilling. You will partner closely with our Programmatic Solutions Consultants and Ad Tech Sales teams globally to gather insights, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and drive change management across multiple stakeholder groups. Success in this role requires strong technical project management skills, expertise in process improvement methodologies, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

About the team

Amazon Advertising is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our brand advertisers, agencies, authors, and entrepreneurs. The Global AdTech Org, within Amazon Advertising, is focused on developing strategic partnerships with customers through meaningful and scalable technology solutions, with services being a core component.

The ASSET team is a worldwide team of Program Managers responsible for leading large-scale initiatives to improve the performance, experience, and productivity of our 3,000+ advertisers and 250+ customer-facing DSP product experts globally. As the Program Enablement Lead, you will be a key partner to the ASSET team, driving automation and upskilling initiatives that enhance the capabilities of our Sales and Services teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of programmatic advertising experience

  • Experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis

  • Experience creating processes and improving tools with measurable impact on advertisers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and delivering large-scale strategic initiatives and tools for customer-facing teams and direct customers through systems-thinking and workflow improvements

  • Experience with influencing internal and external stakeholders and communicating goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
