Our client, a hedge fund located in NYC, is seeking a Research Coordinator to support a team in their NYC office. The hours are 7:45/8am-5:30pm (flex needed) and this role is hybrid with four days in the office and one day remote.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of complex calendaring
- Work closely with the Administrative Team and Trading Desk
- Contribute to increasing the efficiency of current systems and processes
- Book conference travel and coordinate monthly expenses
- Complete ad hoc projects as requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 4+ years of support experience in professional services
- Strong time management and ability to thrive in a feedback centric environment
- Highly developed sense of urgency
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $150K base + bonus
