Charlesbank Capital Partners, LLC seeks Senior Associate in New York, NY to conduct financial due diligence and market research to identify and invest in privately-held US businesses. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: working in private equity, consulting, investment banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, or investment management fields; performing financial modeling including valuation modeling, operation models, merger models, and LBO models; working in market including estimating market size, growth, and competitive dynamics; utilizing quantitative skills including analyzing databases and synthesizing data; and utilizing technologies including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Capital IQ, and Bloomberg. 40% travel required nationally and internationally. The employee must have two (2) years of experience as both an Analyst or Consultant as well as an Associate working at a Private Equity firm. Telecommuting and/or working from home permissible pursuant to company policy. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. Offered salary is between $200,000.00 to $280,000.00 per year.
