The Senior Benefits Manager will manage all aspects of the day-to-day internal and external administration of multi-state U.S. & Global based employee benefits. Plans consist of Health and Welfare, Life AD&D, Disability, worker's compensation, leave administration (FMLA), 401(k) and various ancillary and voluntary products. This position will also participate in the design and administration of future benefit offerings, including Wellness programs.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

  • The strategy, development and execution of the EisnerAmper benefit strategy for all employees and companies. This includes analysis of options, harmonization of various existing plans, cost analysis, business case creation.

  • Contribute to the Employee Value Proposition by developing cost effective employee focused solutions that also contribute to the health of our employees.

  • Staying current on emerging trends in health care and benefits and surfacing recommendations based on the same.

  • Possessing superior communication and presentation skills. Must be comfortable presenting at all levels within the organization from peers and employees to executive leadership.

  • Work with the M&A team to inculcate incoming "combinations" onto our plans and/or develop alternative solutions.

  • Interact internally with HR Representatives, functional leaders and staff to respond to employee questions, resolve problems and effectively communicate an understanding of the organization's benefits and policies.

  • Manage all vendors and suppliers. Oversee the contracting, billing and resolution processes.

  • Liaise with external benefit vendors and consultants on plan design, administration and service needs

  • Work closely with Human Resources, Finance and Payroll teams to manage and audit benefit enrollment and payroll deduction information as appropriate

  • Manage all aspects of annual open enrollment including, but not limited to communications, education, vendor changes and system's setup

  • Assist with day-to-day employee communications and web-based administrative tools

  • Follow policies and procedures and assist with developing and administering process improvements to ensure effective departmental efficiency and compliance with federal, state and local laws related to health and welfare benefits and Leave of Absence

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

  • 10+ years of experience with benefits administration

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

  • Workday experience preferred

  • M&A experience preferred

  • Benefits certification preferred

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between

120000

and

200000

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
