Job Description

The BizOps & Strategy Group is at the heart of transformation of Global Business Services (GBS). You will focus on supporting the global cloud strategy and cost management capabilities of Wolters Kluwer. The Cloud Cost Management Team works with global technology teams to provide operational and strategical analysis that improve efficiency and cost savings across technology infrastructure.

In this unique position, you will contribute to BizOps & Strategy on a team focused on the financial management of global cloud operations (finops) for Wolters Kluwer. You will optimize cloud spend, namely with Azure and AWS which will help create and lead a Cloud Center of Excellence, implement a cloud cost management tool for us and support both GBS and Divisional leaders in optimizing their cloud spend.

And there’s no “typical” day for a member of the BizOps & Strategy team. If you are someone with a combination of technical comprehension, and have supported cloud strategy, & implementation, this role is perfect! You will report to the Business Analysis Manager.

This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office #LI-Hybrid

The experience we look forward to you having:

· Minimum 4 years business analysis, operations and/ or strategy experience

· 1 year experience in cloud/technology cost management, technology analysis, or a consulting role at a strategy and management firm

· Experienced in all cost optimization aspects and understanding as it pertains to public cloud services

· Education Required: BA or BS degree in Business, Finance, Computer Engineering or MIS; MBA or MS preferred

· Ability to assess, research, interpret and analyze data

· Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel (can perform complex functions) , PowerApps, and PowerBI required

· AWS or Azure Certification preferred (will attain during first months of employment)

· Experience with SQL scripting

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $93,400-$130,600
