Join us to drive scent and home segments strategy, analysing data for growth opportunities and contributing to our Where To Play strategy. Manage detailed growth plans and business cases to support innovation initiatives and guide strategic decisions. Shape market and competitive intelligence best practices, support pricing and cost optimization strategies. Monitor budget and investments, while measuring segment performance and vitality, including key innovation metrics.

Your key responsibilities
Analyze market data for business potential and competition shares
Identify growth opportunities for core business and white spaces to support and influence segment strategic choices
Manage detailed growth plans per product / Innovation line and landing strips.
Assist in developing innovation business cases and cost-benefit analyses
Assist conduct pricing and costing analysis
Monitor segment budget, investments, and performance metrics.

You bring
Overall 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Business Development positions
Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights to support decision-making and strategy definition. Understanding of business processes, industry trends, and organizational goals
Familiarity with relevant software tools, databases, and analytical techniques to perform data analysis, modeling, and reporting tasks efficiently.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, build relationships with shared stakeholders, and facilitate consensus among diverse groups.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and document requirements.
Fluent in English
